GoogleFrom my first meeting with Ashley I discovered a young man with a genuine enthusiasm for property sales who does not feel the need to pressurise but will quietly explain away any doubts or fears. As I was introduced to each member of the team I realised that Cranes have a fresh and exciting attitude towards the Vendor. Superb photos, 3D walkthroughs and a top class video were produced giving any purchaser the best view possible from the comfort of their home. Cranes have invested heavily in their equipment and their staff and truly have the best the property market has to offer. I was lucky enough to agree a sale on the first day of viewings and have been kept informed of the process throughout, nothing has been too much trouble. Selling or buying a home is an ordeal for most of us, but I have found it is worth paying a little extra for quality and support, Cranes do the work, not you. GoogleCrane & Co have been incredibly supportive of Hawkes Farm Academy and indeed all 4 of the STEP Hailsham academies over the years, including creating a 3D tour for prospective parents. During the national lockdown in January 2021, they also donated a number of new laptops which we were able to distribute to some of our pupils so that they could access our online face to face virtual learning. We have nothing but positive comments and feedback for this community focused company!

It's always a pleasure to work with you and your wonderful Academy, so when the pandemic stuck, we immediately got our thinking hats on to find a way to help further. We wanted to do something positive to help children, who through no fault of their own or their schools, may be missing out on learning, so the laptop donations were something we didn't need to think twice about. We've started our 'Computers For Kids' campaign and hope to be able to continue our support among the community throughout this pandemic. You're most welcome for the 3D tours; being able to carry out Virtual Open Days safely throughout the lockdowns is vital. Staff member turned up reeking if cigarettes and wearing jeans and knee high boots! Despite being promised a decision about our Monday morning offer by Wednesday at the latest, we didn’t hear back until last thing Friday when we were asked for best and final offers. Thank goodness we found a better house through a much better agent!!!
