Daer Mark, Thank you for the review, I have thought long and hard about this since last night. On checking your own Trustpliot page it seems you spend a significant amount of time writing negative reviews about companies. You have made 29 such reviews this year and another 48 in 2023. I find it hard to believe that one person can be so unlucky as to deal with so many unreputable companies. Much of what you have written in your review of Woolliams Property Services is factually incorrect and you have omitted to mention that we emailed you prior to the viewing at Newport making clear access to the house is difficult with steps up to the front door into a small lobby and yet more steps from the garage into the same area. It was your partner who attempted to tell you on at least 3 occasions outside the house that, in her opinion it needed too much money spending and was unsuitable for your needs. We have endured a significant number of rude emails from you since the viewing too. As for us refusing to show you another property you again have decided not to mention that we sent you an email from the owner stating that he is unable to accept viewings at this time. In light of the above I think it best to wish you every success with the sale of your home and whatever property you decide to buy. As a company we will no longer deal with you.
