We choose Woolliams Property Services because they are a local independent estate agent and they took the time to explain every step of the procedure of selling our house. They kept us informed of everything that was going on and even though the chain broke on two occasions, Danny and Lucy worked very hard to find another buyer which lead to the house being sold. We would definitely recommend them as a local friendly estate agent.

GoogleAbsolutely appalling service! Lied to on several occasions and been blocked on two separate occasions from purchasing a property in favour of other buyer. Told viewings were unavailable and no availability and purposely lied too. I will be making official complaint to the Ombudsman and trading standards. Avoid at all costs!

GoogleCan not recommend Gemma and the team enough. Went over and beyond to help me find the perfect home for me and my son. Couldn’t have done it without her and will be forever thankful for everything that she did. Kept me informed throughout the process with both phone calls and emails.

Well, what can I say? 5* service from the start. Danny and Lucy carefully guided us through the entire process and kept us up to date and informed every step of the way. We ended up getting a higher price than we could have hoped for and all done and dusted in less time than expected. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Perfect service.

Danny and Jessie are an outstanding team. They know the local property market and offer great advice. The service is fast, efficient and without a fault. The property rental service Danny provides is as good as it gets. I make this comment having been Danny's client for 20 years. I would go nowhere else in North Devon to buy or let property. Brilliant is the only word to describe the services offered.
