We rented an apartment though Winkworth last month and the process could have not been any better. From coordinating the viewing to signing the contract and moving in, Aaron and his team have gone above and beyond. Would definitely recommend them if you are planning to rent/ buy around the area.

I rate Winkworth Kensal Rise very highly and have let my flat with the company for many years now, as I know I will be getting uncomplicated, efficient, fair and friendly service from a team of specialists. I find Director Aaron particularly helpful. They are great at finding trustworthy, respectful tenants and guiding me through the layers of paperwork.

From the beginning of the process, the apartment agent was very helpful and informative. They took the time to explain everything that I needed to know about the apartment, including the rental terms and the documentation required. They were patient and understanding with all my questions and concerns. Throughout the process, the apartment agent was very professional and efficient. They were always available to answer my calls and emails promptly, and they kept me updated on every step of the documentation process. When it came time to sign the lease agreement, the apartment agent was very organized and thorough. They went through the entire agreement with me, making sure that I understood all the terms and conditions before signing. Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided by the Winkworth and their agents. Their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were exceptional, and they made the process of settling the documentation for my apartment stress-free and easy. Aaron Priscott is an absolute legend. I ended up with nowhere to live after maida vale floods and he said "I know a guy". Relocated us, got us into our new home. Then at the new year. I said I want to stay here, Aaron made it happen. Hes a legend and I have no idea how he did all of that. Now I just live a life with my dog 🐕. Thanks Aaron for being such a legend. The entire experience was very good. However I cannot give full 5 stars because I had clearly stated in my offer that I required professional cleaning of the property I rented before my entry and this was obviously not done. Winkworth offered a top up cleaning which is why I remove only one star. Still this caused some stress and delays to me. For 5 stars I would have wanted everything to be done perfectly from the start. Overall I think they are good agents.
