As always, a very reliable, efficient, and friendly service provided by the whole team at Stirling Ackroyd on Bermondsey Street. New tenants were found quickly; the tenancy was completed smoothly and the tenants were able to move in on the agreed date.

I bought my flat with Stirling Ackroyd and they were great, specifically Feroza who took me round my viewings and helped me secure the flat. It took a while to complete (not their fault) and I was always able to go and view and get in for quotes and measurements etc. It made the process really straightforward.

This agency kept my overpaid rent money unfairly since last year (Sep2021), when I asked them to refund my overpaid rent they reply we are investigating your case. They do not have any idea about the documentation and transaction .I instructed a solicitor and have to pay money to get back my overpaid rent. they are dishonest, unreliable

The service I have received from Stirling Ackroyd has been amazing. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. After we had moved in we found some issues and reported it to the property manager, they arranged for someone to come and fix this within a few days.I dont think I will be using another agent going forward.
