GoogleAs a first time Landlord, I was understandably extremely nervous and cautious about letting out my family home. After James visited my property he gave me very clear and detailed information on the legislations and processes invovled. I came on the Market and within a week the team at Stirling Ackroyd Dalstom found me an ideal Tenant for the asking price. This was fantastic work shown by the team. Their process for making sure I had everything in place for the letting was as smooth as you'd like with no problems at all. I was very surprised just how easy they made everything! Great team I would recommend THE agent in town to anyone!!!

GoogleRight from the beginning we found the team at Stirling Ackroyd in Dalston very helpful and supportive. From our initial dealings with James who was key in assuring us we should list our property with Stirling Ackroyd, to Mona who was consistent in keeping us informed and arranging viewings with serious buyers (which is very important when trying to sell your property). What my fiancé and I appreciated especially, however, was how quick the process was, with Mona closing the deal in just over a month at the full asking price! Would certainly recommend the team in Dalston.

We came from a tiring period of searching for properties within our budget and we ended up viewing a couple of properties with Stirling Ackroyd. I had a really good experience letting my flat through the Soho office; Scott, Nic and the the team provided me with a very professional service. They vetted prospective tenants closely and gave me very honest feedback.They were good at problem solving when issues arose and gave very valuable advice at each stage of the letting process. I had a really good experience with Jan Marie Aguinaldo visiting a couple flats in the Hackney area. Aside from great communications and a very positive energy I was impressed by the effort she made in trying to understand my needs and wants, which is not something I experienced with other agents during my flat hunt. Townends and now Stirling Ackroyd following the rebrand has been my property manager and agent since 2006. They have been highly effective in securing tenants and managing the property. In particular I have worked closely with Nicole who is an excellent, and extremely responsive property manager. She makes my life as a landlord alot less stressful and she is great at making sure tenants are well looked after.

Service was fine until something went wrong with a parking permit. Then suddenly nobody can help. All I’ve requested is a new permit and now there’s no responses to email!
