I am giving this rating to a particular agent : David Harvey. It was a telephone enquiry regarding viewing of a property.He was most helpful and kind and replied to all my emails very promptly .The arranged viewing was cancelled in the end but I was informed about it in plenty of time by another agent : Artie( if I remember correctly).I think I dealt with the Byfleet branch.Lovely experience

If your heating or hot water goes out over the weekend, there’s no way to get any support. There is no way to get ahold of Stirling Ackroyd. You will freeze, with no hot water until they decide to respond on Monday morning.

We have had fantastic service from day Spencer de Jonge from streatham branch have been in touch with every steps and had great communication through out our offer process. He have worked and communicated beyond his working hours and we really appreciate the effort he have put in our case.
