Left a review on here, Amber asked me to email her to arrange return of my deposit. Emailed 10th September, but no response. Not sure why you'd publicly ask me to email if you are just continuing to ignore me?I moved out of my flat 2.5 MONTHS ago, still no deposit returned and no response from anyone at Stirling.Absolutely disgraceful service.

Our property manager James is a star. He's super responsive, always willing to help and he always tries to accommodate our needs in the best way possible. He never misses an email or a follow-up and he always does everything remaining extremely nice and kind. The rest of the team is also very good. Not your everyday experience with property management.

I have bought and sold properties for well over 40 years but never had the help or support that your provided to myself - well over and above your professional duties. Thank you. You are worth your weight in gold to anyone who employs you. You remained calm and professional throughout my purchase even when I couldn't! By the end of a difficult purchase it was you and your professionalism and determination to do the best by your customers that kept me sane. Literally. Thank you for that. Wish I could find the words to explain/articulate how grateful I am and I am sorry I cannot. It is just a shame you do not run for Prime Minister because we would be in a much better state than we are now. One very impressive lady. Lots of best wishes

Have never dealt with a company that ignores requests for over six months. This includes managers and directors. Repeated emails, phone calls. Not how you treat a landlord who signed up for the fully managed service. Absolutely shocking.

Yusuf in particular was very helpful, always available to answer my questions and just very honest and down to earth, which is refreshing for a real estate agent.

The experience of buying our first house hasn't been without it's problems. But I can safely say, that without the help and persistence of Kyle Moran, I don't think it would have worked out.Luckily it did and we're very pleased. I would highly recommend working with Kyle, he was always available to chat and answered emails quickly. PLEASE do not rent with Stirling Ackroyd (formerly Red Bear). AWFUL agents - so rude and unhelpful. We lived in one of their properties in 2021 and are still getting contacted by billing agents for overdue payments for AFTER we lived at the property - we've repeatedly told people that we no longer live there / haven't for the billing period, and we've just found out today that we're getting these bills still as Stirling Ackroyd told them we still live there! Ridiculous! Save yourselves the headache and rent elsewhere. Utter waste of time.

I found the staff to be friendly, and attentive. Elli, Aimee and Vicky were particularly helpful in getting matters progressed and/or resolved. Townends has the spread of offices across the region, and once you get to know who does what, it becomes that much easier to get things done.
