Absolutely brilliant service from Savill's Telford office. After suffering a lifeless approach from a local estate agent we decided to give the 'big firm' the responsibility of selling our house. The valuation was 25% higher than the local estate agent and they achieved it - full price! Throughout the process they were charming and thoroughly professional. Have no doubts, they are as good as it gets.

We decided to use Savills as they had far reaching market within the UK with a good reputation.The house was on the market from the second week in December 2020 and sold in March 2021.Savills provided us with a constant stream of viewers with Katiie, who conducted the viewings, gaining the confidence of all who viewed, which was a positive aid to selling. Savilles live in the dark ages

Savilles live in the dark ages. They act as if renting you a property is a personal favour and they have no obligations or commitments as landlords. Their staff only seem to work when it suits them and forget about getting repairs done. In my experience they are dishonest and fickle. It's a club for poor toffs. If you want lies and your information sold on to credit check companies go with Savilles.

Very unprofessional

Very unprofessional! We are thankful that we aren’t renting from this company. We were interested in a property in Aberdeenshire. The agent couldn’t care less about our interest - makes promises and then doesn’t communicate. Therefore, they have lost our custom.Should have known something wasn’t right as when we went to view the property she didn’t turn up as she was “in meetings” and we could get the keys from the shed!
