Thought my offer/position would be immediately rejected but Lucy took it seriously and helped to make the purchase work. I appreciate that Savills are working primarily for the seller but they were genuinely helpful to us as purchasers. They were accommodating with multiple viewings, open with progress and professional throughout. We are very pleased with the process and would not hesitate to deal with Lucy again.

Blatant disregard for covid restrictions

I was a tenant in a house that Savills were selling. Multiple members of the household were quarantining after a trip abroad, which Savills were well aware of, but they still brought elderly and vulnerable prospective buyers around to view the property. Not only was this a blatant disregard of the government restrictions, but also of the safety of the prospective buyers.

Savills too snobby to turn up at our property

So I booked an appointment online with Savills for an valuation. Their office called back and said they would pass the enquiry on, on the Wednesday, which is when I had booked the appointment for, I had still heard nothing so called them to see if they were turning up! They weren’t and he said they still had not got through to the right person. They day after I had booked the appointment I got a phone call from the office again saying they didn’t think it was for them, they didn’t know the area. Well what complete rubbish, they sold next door only this year and had another neighbour on the books. We have a unattractive little bungalow with an amazing view plus planning permission to build the most amazing eco modern architectural home that is going to be worth a fortune. Good one Savills, you are too snobby to turn up to see what’s on offer! Knight Frank wins all the way!

Very good attention during our tenancy

We were tenants for almost two years and during our stay we got very nice attention from Savills. Property Managers Ritesh Goupal and Cato Ng answered quickly to any inquiry that we had regarding the apartment and our tenancy.If we had any issue on the flat or questions about the agreement, managers were able to find help and answer our questions as soon as possible.

I have dealt with Savills for a good many years now, they have always managed to find good tenants for us. They are right up to date with the latest legislation, however, this inevitably generates a huge amount of necessary correspondence, which can be very time consuming. The end result always seems to justify all that is involved.

The website rarely works, if you view a property online then you can only view one photo despite listing numerous, last week you could only view "Sold" properties (laughable). In my personal dealings with them Ive also found them to be arrogant. LIke customers aren't worthy of them. Needs to change
