GoogleI have know Darren for many years since he started working in letting management and Estate Agency and used his service many times. I would definitely recommend his excellent service, his professional, personal approach and the ability to achieve the best price possible through his experience, fantastic marketing and communication skills. GoogleSelling a 1 bed flat with vacant possession, no chain and a reasonable price - what could be simpler? However the sale was hit by multiple offers that subsequently fell through. Hawkesford always stayed positive along the way with good advice and excellent communication. Their staff showed great understanding in dealing with the setbacks, finally getting the sale completed. Well done to Hawkesford.

GoogleRude. Incompetent. Lazy. Unreliable. Terrible property management. You have to contact them several times to get a response, and then they'll send a handyman out to take a picture and never return. The only part of managing a property you can trust them with is taking the rent - they don't expect to actually have to do any work for it.

GoogleDarren helped sell our home nearly 6 years ago. Not only that, he also mediated the sale of our new home and every step of the way he was communicative, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Next time we are in a position to sell or buy I would not hesitate in asking Darren to handle it all again. Totally recommend.

GoogleExcellent agency! Since first viewing the property they have been professional and friendly to deal with. Any issues that have occurred with my rental they Hawkesford have been on the case, sending people over for inspections and quick to answer any emails I send. Daniel and Christine and been particularly great to deal with, cannot recommend them enough!

GoogleRenting a flat through Hawkesford since October Very impressed with whole process of renting from the initial viewing , the application process and getting the keys Professional and friendly to deal with. Excellent communication and any issues dealt with very promptly which is a very important detail when renting. Very much recommended!!

GoogleWe have rented a house from Hawkesford for the last two years and they have been really helpful. They were also really fair when it came to the deposit at the end of the tenancy and understood that there is general wear and tear when living there (unlike some estate agents that charge for unnecessary things). GoogleA great local agency who are friendly, professional and know their market well. We've had a few bumps along the way with our house sale; however, Hawkesford has not been a problematic element and the team in Southam worked very hard to sort issues out, often being very patient with ever changing circumstances and less than professional behaviour from other parties, keeping their cool and focusing on selling our house. I would thoroughly recommend.

GoogleHad a viewing scheduled for 5pm today, confirmed 3 times. As of 5.30 today I'm still standing in front of the property, no sign of the agent. I called twice since, being assured they're on their way. The office is now closed and I'm left with no contact.

GoogleIf obnoxious estate agents are your cup of tea then go to Darren. If like me you want an agent with some credibility then I’d avoid this 80’s car sales man. The choice is yours….

GoogleAbsolutely rubbish, phoned to view a rental property, they said somebody would ring me back as they were in a meeting - no return call so rang back again. Made an appointment to view the property and Michelle who they told me would show me the property never showed up. When I rang whilst I was waiting outside the property they said they couldn't find my details! If I was renting out a property I WOULD NOT USE this company, as they are incompetent.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible customer service. They never return calls and seem to have no care at all regarding customer needs. Extremely rude on the phone, and the person you require is always unavailable. Estate agents in general seem to have a bad reputation and im sorry to say Hawkesford Leamington Spa lives up to that very reputation. Those on here who say differently are the lucky ones. When i moved into the property i complained it was dirty and there was an infestation of ants, the response was: "well you will have to give it a clean then and Don't tell me about ants, every ones got them, you will just have to get used to it" Update: a conversation regarding a deposit ended up with them laughing at me down the phone, i had to request to speak to a manager who apparently was unavailible
