Pamela is being irresponsible and irresponsive. She ignored us once the contract was signed and never addressed our needs. Many things are not fixed before we moved in and I am very disappointed with Pamela’s service. They are apparently on the landlord side but not the tenants’.

Avoid at all costs!! they appear friendly at the beginning to take your money, after that, you pretty much have to threaten them to get things sorted during the tenancy as most of the time your emails will be ignored, however, when if they need money from you they won't hesitate to send emails and call you. At the end of the tenancy they will come up with ridiculous charges that make no sense and the only way to get some of it back is through a dispute.
