I recently had an excellent experience finding a rental property with Joe Read at Dexters on Broadway Market. There is a real neighbourhood feel to the place and Joe was efficient, friendly and professional, I really felt like he was 'on our side' and not just trying to flog the property. There were a few minor teething problems with the property which he sorted out straight away and we're really happy with the flat. I'm recommending him to all my friends!

I was really impressed with Ruairi, Jodie and the team at Dexters and the service they provided. We were bombarded with agents who wanted to sell our property and Dexters were the only agency to actually knock on our door to introduce themselves personally. They worked around our various needs when arranging viewings, had a sense of humour when needed, worked long hours, always answered calls and emails and went the extra mile in to deal with the estate agent of the property we were buying after we, lets say, didn't see eye to eye. I could not recommend them enough. Thankyou Dexters.

Had to sell a flat as an executor in a friend's Will. We had to obtain three evaluations. We chose Dexters as their price evaluation was realistic. They were brilliant. Although they knew we'd have to wait till probate before a sale could be completed, they lost no time in getting viewings. They consistently kept us up to date throughout the process with prospective buyers or solicitors. On sale they negotiated well with the buyers and obtained an excellent price. All the staff were friendly and Jodie Ryan was incredibly helpful as was Ruairi O'Mahony.

We have just bought a house through Dexters Hackney. Their service was great and they were easily contactable and very attentive throughout the process. Though acting on behalf of the vendors we really felt they also gave us their best service, acted on behalf of our interests and helped push the sale through when delays and problems occurred (issues with solicitors).
