Don’t choose Dexters

Hello Guys!We have rented 3 bed house from Dexters. We have signed contract first 8th Aug. Then when we go to the house for cleaning we get shocked. The house like cowshed:) they did something and we moved 17th Aug. One bedroom Out of use because really strong smelling carpet or something. Now we can’t use another room as well because radiator suddenly getting cold after boiler turn off. Toilet Flush is doesn’t work Etc. We have so many problems we’re waiting for Dexters will do something but today I got email. They’re asking what’s your problem:)) and one of the management manager said if you don’t like you leave the house. :)) it’s been more than 4 Months and I got final mail if you don’t like leave the house :)) My advice if need to rent house from Dexters Check the house EmptyCheck everything even tabs, flush, floor furniture, smell.Because after signing the contract you can’t get solutions.For small problems they are good likeTab changeWashing Machine Change

UPDATE: I've now been in a flat managed by Rebekah at Dexters for several months and have found her to be very responsive and helpful whenever I've needed her assistance! After a long and sometimes frustrating search for a flat to let, I went to a viewing with Billy, and told him I'd like to make an offer. Billy organized everything so quickly that by the time I got home from the viewing (~30 mins later), he called to say the offer had been accepted, and kicked off all the paperwork straight away. I could not believe how fast & efficient the process was, and Billy was communicative and in my corner the whole way. By far the most seamless letting process I've ever experienced! Thanks Billy!

Jodi, Joe and Pal worked hard to sell my property. Jodi, I have known for some years and she has always been professional, helpful and very friendly. When I had problems, through no fault of Dexters, she was sympathetic, gave good advice and made a bad situation better. Always extremely courteous and it would not be an exaggeration to say she has been a joy to deal with and comes over as a very kind person. Joe took on board the sale of my property when I put it I back on the market and got a buyer in short order. He obviously did all he could to keep me informed and when the buyer was having trouble with her original mortgage, managed to get her a new offer in short order. Always professional knowledgeable and a good communicator. When I was feeling stressed at the length of time the purchaser was taking to finalise the sale he did his best to put me at my ease and give me the assurance that the sale was going through. A real asset to the firm and more importantly, to the customer. Pal, again, shows good communication skills. She was helpful and knowledgeable - always available to answer my queries with good advice. She gave a sympathetic ear to my worries and concerns and helped put me at my ease. Dexters were a a real pleasure to have as my sales team and I would not hesitate to use the firm again should the need arise. I would advise anyone thinking of selling a property to use them. Although not blurring the lines of professionalism Jodi especially really helped me out when I was feeling a bit unsure of things. Although I had never dealt with Joe before, he showed real skill as a salesman and got the buyer over the finish line to everyone’s satisfaction. Thanks to the whole team.

Friendly service and team with good communication. Dexters rented my property within a month of signing on! Joe was very good and fast at communicating. However, being an overseas landlord, I didn't feel as though I was supported and kept in the loop at all times; I had to chase up for information a few times, which given the amount you pay for the service is not what you'd expect. It is very clear this is simply a business transaction, and as long as you are aware of that, Dexters is a good choice.PositiveResponsiveness
