Acaboom really helps us

Sometimes it can be hard to communicate all the services you offer to landlords when you are not always meeting them in person, a lot of our landlords are overseas so this even more of a challenge. Acaboom really helps us convey to those landlords what we offer and why they should choose us over and above our competition. This year we have also launched sales and we can’t wait to start using it there too!

We input 120 old valuations on a Saturday afternoon and won 6 new instructions off the back off Acaboom by the Tuesday! Client feedback when using Acaboom has been just excellent and we are clearly winning instructions as a direct result of using it. No need to print reports, or even print valuation letters, these can be sent quickly and easily, look professional and is a more modern way to present to clients. Great software, its not just the appt confirmation its the comparables it pulls in from both properties that are on the market and properties that have sold. To be able to show a client those comps and go through them in detail has made my valuations more accurate and thus I have been able to achieve a quicker sale.
