GoogleJust had a proposal to sell a property from an estate agent using a presentation produced by Acaboom. As a potential customer of the estate agent I was not impressed. Too much crap, not enough substance and totally out of character with the actual people we met so now looking for an alternative agent.
Edit: thanks for reply from Acaboom and my initial rating was a bit harsh but both system provider and the estate agent should be working together to ensure a good experience for the end customer.

FacebookMis sold at the outset. We were told we could move our data and we would still be able to access it even it we left. Truth is they wont move the data and expect us to carry on paying for three branches we dont have any longer just to maintain access to the data. When we refuse to do that and stop paying they come after you with lawyers for non payment even when you don't use the system and demand 3 months notice. What for ?

GoogleLoyal customer of nearly 3 years being treated badly by Acaboom because what we were sold is not what happens in reality. We are being asked to pay for 3 branches even though we now only have one branch. We were told at the outset data could be moved. The reality is they don't or won't move data. We refused to pay and now they are sending solicitor letters because we have left and wont pay the 3 months notice period. What for ? There are plenty of other nurture journeys around. My advice don't bother.

GoogleTerrible customer service, don't take accountability when there are issues raised with the tech and provide endless excuses, especially around missing 'sold properties/ data' & SSTC data and being told to simply just hide these slides repeatedly.
Happy to take the monthly retainer but shy away from any issues raised to the point of being told to be a silent customer after being lied to for months about an issue that was clearly ongoing because we continued to challenge it when it wasn't rectified or addressed.
