GoogleAbsolutely do not use this company at all costs. They’re the worst estate agent in existence.

GoogleOne to avoid! They seem to lack the simple ability to communicate with their own sellers, yes the ones that have signed up to pay MASSIVE fees to sell a house. As for the buyers, well what can be said? Still waiting for calls to be returned, no response via email either. Clearly, the directors have lost complete focus on the company.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic, just completed the sale of my parents house, obviously it was very emotional, but everyone from Louis doing the valuation through to Julie dealing with all the hassle to get it completed, dealt with this professionally and sympathetically. Great job, and thank you.

GoogleI really couldn’t praise them highly enough. They sold my apartment in about a week for an excellent price and were very helpful indeed with the sale which I also got through Selectiv. I would strongly recommend the Guisborough office and Helen in particular. Mike Gilbert.
