GoogleThank you to Louis and all the team at Selectiv. We had a very complicated purchase but it's fair to say that Louis went above and beyond to ensure the communication between both ourselves and the vendor was always clear and that made everything proceed through to completion. Thank you for getting our forever home over the line.

GoogleThe response times of Selectiv have been excellent. Often within minutes. Helpful and informative people. Also considerate of desired time scales due to the complexities of coordinating moving a household where a person is in a wheelchair and on oxygen. While everyone has been helpful Kaitlin stands out forvexcellent communication and helpful attitude

GoogleI have never dealt with such an unprofessional company with regards to property management, avoid at all costs. Had a property managed by them for 11 months and received no rental statements in this time and only 3 payments even though the tenant has paid up to date. Have called the office on numerous occasions and the person who can help is always out of the office. I have no idea how they are still in business with such poor customer services! THE ABOVE IS STILL ONGOING AND IS AS BAD AS EVER, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

GooglePlease, DO NOT USE Selectiv lettings. They will not call you back or communicate in any way, Speaking as a landlord, this Selectiv lettings will cause you so much pain and hassle to you, and to your tennant. Lied to and played against our tenant. The tenancy deposit is still being chased, and waiting for it to be transferred to the new agents. Taking legal action to resolve this and to claim losses incurred. Avoid at all costs. Robert, the owner will give excuse after excuse, and will not return your calls, emails or texts eventually. Avoid this company!

GoogleMy name is Tutu. We had an appointment booked with their staff at 9.00 am today 19/07/23. I had to take taking time off work for this. I waited for 15 minutes and as no one showed up, I called thier office. They said the chap had gone to an emergency meeting and tried to call me, which I think is a lie. I feel let down. They wasted my time and money. I will go with another estate agent. Hopefully will find a better one than Selectiv. I don't even think they care about losing your business.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant estate agents. From dealing with Karen at the beginning, with having Rob doing our photos (which looked amazing) to then dealing with Jordan throughout the viewings and during the sell of our house and Nicola towards the end it has been fantastic. Jordan has kept me informed throughout, has even sold the fridge extra in the sale lol. Jordan has helped throughout the sale with every query and issue we've had and its been a pleasure dealing with everyone at selectiv.

GoogleDanny sold my parents house and did a fantastic job, got the process moving so quickly and made the hard parts seem easy. Talked us through everything as the process went on and made us feel like everything was in hand at all times, cant recommend him enough. Amazing work!

GoogleBad..bad..bad! They don't reply to e mails. They collrct rent but don't pass it on to the owner without being chased up! They have been sacked but still refuse to turn over the tenant's deposit. Cowboys and rogues in my humble opinion. The chief man Mr Robert Nicoll needs to be sued for this abysmal so called "service"! Steer well clear!
