We are so happy to have changed over to Stirling Ackroyd from our previous estate agent. They are so much better and more efficient. Emma Hawes whom we've been dealing with, is extremely quick in replying to our emails, at offering advice and keeping us informed. Thank you. It certainly makes being a landlord less stressful!

I've delt with this organisation as Building Manager namly the Property Manager Rebecca Heslam. She was very responsive to a leak issue from a flat managed by Stirling Ackroyd and the issue was resolved quickly. This was great in a world were some property manangers are very unresponsive issue effecting the building a property is in.

Used this company for years- as soon as the original founder James goff died it was sold to Nick dunning associates- they are a bunch of con artists. Dishonest bullys! rubbish employers too I hear from ex employees!! Treated me like c**p, disrespectful management team! Long standing clients are not welcome it seems! We will take our business elsewhere.

It is confusing to deal with so many different people accross different branches, and sometimes information gets lost along the way. I am grateful though for Daryl Bourgeois who is my go to person in the agency and always helps resolve any issues, whether they are in his direct line of work or not.
