Do not. I repeat do not use this company ever. They are a bunch of con artist. They were absolutely awful with everything to do with renting a property. To top it of they will also try and take all your deposit with no real explanation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Emma Hawes of Stirling Ackroyd has recently become my new property manager. In all my dealings with her I have found her to be at all times professional, extremely helpful and efficient. She is certainly one of the best property managers I have ever worked with.
