Having a database of buyers shared across our 20 offices as well as our access to the London market through The Guild of Property Professionals enables us to locate buyers quickly, and not just any old buyers, but the right buyers that have a genuine interest. Our hot water was never on, the member of staff handling our property was always changing due to turnover, our notice to leave was extended because they lost the email and frankly just dreadful service. You would be better off living in a tent than with a property handled by Seymour’s.
