Awful experience with Seymours during our tenancy here. An incident occurred where the communication was so poor from Seymours Lettings that they failed to inform us of a viewing of our property, meaning that the agent let themselves into the property whilst a young female was home alone. To make matter worse, they tried to avoid filing this complaint by having a telephone conversation. Do not recommend.

Hi John, thanks for the review. whenever things get fraught it tends to be at the latter stages of the sale as there's often lots of individuals involved, not just the sellers and the buyers, but the solicitors and then the lenders as well. At this point, communication is king as it brings everyone together and keeps a focus on the common goal - to get people moved on their journey.
