We had nothing but issues with our buyers and actually found out that once we had agreed a sale - Seymours were still showing our buyers around properties behind our back!We managed a quick sale though a smaller estate agency that cared about their customers and actually got us a much better price. I would never use them again unfortunately.

Couldn't agree more. Often the sale progression aspect is left to its own devices but this is where all the issues occur. We've learned over the last 30 years, that we as agents need to be heavily involved in the solicitor's side of things. The solicitors definitely appreciate it, but not as much as the buyers and sellers!
