Hi In leaders we were in contact with sophie burges. I strongly recommend her as she was patient and always happy to help. Also we found the property which we like and also although we reached there late but again thanks to leaders and their agent Sophie, we could make a view from the property. Their portal is a little confusing but in general i think they deserve 4 or 5 star.

Just moved into a new rented flat in Guildford. Obviously there's some issues that come with moving freshly into a new place, however have been assured by Larissa (our property manager) that things will come through. Already many things that we've asked for have been fixed/resolved. Both Sophie & Larissa reply in a very timely manner when we contact them, which is greatly appreciated. We are getting quite comfortable into our new home.

I’ve lived in a leaders property for two years and I’ve had endless trouble with them. The communication is pretty terrible. They gaslight you into thinking you are in the wrong, when they are just incompetent. Pressing matters take days to weeks to resolve, when it should be within a day or two. If I didn’t love my flat I would move elsewhere.

I found a place I like and wanted to rent it. A guy named Adeel, apparently a manager did everything in his power not to rent the place to me for no reason. In every single email he mentioned that it will be shown to other people even though I said I am getting it and ready to make a deposit. Superbly unprofessional, they could't care less about their customers. I have no idea why they would do such a thing. He first blocked my contact with the original agent I was talking to, and he took it over himself and did everything possible for the rent not to move forward. Felt like a scam. Stay out of this place.

Worst letting agency that I had the displeasure dealing with! Avoid at all cost unless you are willing to lose all your deposit and be harassed for years to pay for something that is ‘wear and tear’. They have no sense of the DPA and will keep your personal details in their system beyond the required time - was sent a move-out survey after two years of moving out!

Raised an issue multiple times of black mould in our bedroom where we sleep at the start of December… 3 months later NOTHING has been done. No urgency, no concern no professionalism. Just awful at property maintenance and all communication in general- avoid this agency at all costs! I can’t wait for their copy and paste customer service team reply to this- if I even get one!
