As a buyer, I feel like Knight Frank made the experience more stressful than it had to be. They put me under unreasonable pressure to rush me into signing, including making some pretty spurious and unnecessary criticisms of me and my solicitor. It felt like Knight Frank exacerbated rather than mediated the pressure coming from the seller.

Sadly he has not responded to emails or phone calls and voicemails left over a week now.Beware.
