I must mention our excellent property manager Ahsan Sarwar who has been super responsive and helpful, and also the contract co-ordinator Scott Eddy who handled our re-negotiation very professionally. My communication was only through emails, he usually responds to emails very quickly with a proper solutions to my concerns. He seems quite supportive and positive in the favor of Tenants when dealing with landlord. It might be good to consider giving more authorities to Scott when he is dealing with landlords regarding apartment's facilities in a favor of Tenant; for instance to renovate or change them in particular when the tenant is about to renew the contract and expects some sense of co-operation from landlord.
