Whether you’re buying, selling, letting or renting in the local area, Curchods Estate Agents are the experts on your doorstep in Guildford. Guildford was once home to both Burns & Webber Estate Agents and Curchods Estate Agents. To the south, the stunning Surrey Hills: an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, featuring charming villages and impressive country homes with extensive grounds, ideal for those seeking a rural lifestyle. With excellent transport links, outstanding schools, and a thriving community, Guildford is a popular choice for both commuters and investors. The Trusted AgentGood communication, helpful and smooth transaction.
Toby Miller (Curchods Guildford) was very helpful in making this transaction go through smoothly, his recommendation on a conveyancer was spot on and the relationship was really effective. Curchods were focussed and helpful throughout, good communication and an easy transaction, recommended.

GoogleSite works well, pricing is great for low-volume use and customer service is very good. We use it for most of our tenancy setup documentation now - application form, a pre-tenancy document pack, and the tenancy agreement itself.

The Trusted AgentDon't shoot the messenger..
If Estate Agents have a less than sparkling reputation it's not because of the people I dealt with at Curchods, Guildford. A difficult purchase made much more palatable by the staff.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
