Our estate agents in Guildford specialise in the sales and letting of residential properties in Guildford, Worplesdon, Shalford, Bramley and the surrounding villages. Whether you’re buying, selling, letting or renting in the local area, Curchods Estate Agents are the experts on your doorstep in Guildford. Guildford was once home to both Burns & Webber Estate Agents and Curchods Estate Agents. Having owned and run Burns & Webber for over 17 years, in 2024 we rebranded our Burns & Webber offices to Curchods. Our Guildford office also houses a dedicated lettings team led by Lettings Manager, Leah Meredith. Guildford offers an exceptional variety of properties, from stylish apartments and elegant period townhouses in the bustling town centre to spacious family homes on leafy, well-established roads nearby. To the south, the stunning Surrey Hills: an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, featuring charming villages and impressive country homes with extensive grounds, ideal for those seeking a rural lifestyle. With excellent transport links, outstanding schools, and a thriving community, Guildford is a popular choice for both commuters and investors. Whether you are buying, selling, or letting, our team is here to support you every step of the way.

GoogleI signed up with Signable in 2016 not knowing anything about the company except it looked as if it could deliver what I needed. As a new comapny, at the time, it was really important to work with a busines that offered flexibility without compromising on quality. Over a year later and still more than happy with the servcie. Everytime we make a call to the team at Signable they are very helpful and friendly, and now they are an important stakeholder in our business. Furthermore, as GDPR is soon to be a reality it is reassuring to know that they are on it. Thank you for your servcie to date.

FacebookSandfield Primary School would like to say a HUGE thank you to the wonderful staff at Curchods who have helped with sponsorship for our Summer and Christmas Fair this year. We are a tiny one form entry school in the heart of Guildford town centre and struggle for funding and support from local businesses. Curchods have always taken the time to listen and support wherever possible. Last year the money they donated helped towards much needed playground resurfacing and this year will help buy Sports and Science Equipment which will be enjoyed by children at Sandfield for many years to come. Thank you!!!

The Trusted AgentEfficient, friendly and no pushy
I have dealt with around a dozen different estate agents as a buyer, tenant and landlord. To be blunt, until Curchods, it was always an unpleasant experience. Often, with high pressure calls from the estate agents expressing the dire consequences if some action or another is not taken. Curchods was actually a pleasant experience. My dealings with them were for a house purchase which took several months (due to various complications outside of their control). But they always remained calm and kept everything on track. They will be my 1st call should I wish to buy, sell or rent in their area.
