GoogleWe were able to sell our house in under seven days at the full asking price in a very tough market. This wasn't down to luck but rather the good advice and professionalism shown by all the staff we dealt with. Selling a house can be very stressful. Jackson, Green & Preston made the whole process as smooth as possible; from taking instructions to handling viewings and dealing with the negotiations. We thoroughly recommend them

GoogleHaving just sold our bungalow, we would highly recommend Jackson, Green & Preston. They gave us good advice during the valuation and were quick to get the property on the market. The photos were excellent, they handled all the viewings and were quick to give feedback. We didn't have to wait long until they found us a buyer and helped us through the selling procedure with excellent service from the friendly staff.

GoogleAbsolute disgrace ..These letting agents are the worst thing to happen to any individual alive.Avoid at all cost.They took my money and asked me to move in into a dirty house that I needed 2 days to make it habitable and they won't take responsibility for anything.I had my worst experience using Jackson green and Preston just wished I listened to my friend and read their reviews online.

GoogleI have found the staff to be very approachable and supportive during my time as a tenant a d they remained so after I recently gave my notice. They communicated with me clearly and were prompt in getting back to me. I also found them to be fair and felt they supported me just as much as the landlord. I would rent through them again.

After each viewing we had a courtesy call to advise of feedback and found the staff always extremely friendly and helpful. GoogleThey sold a property on our behalf. a shared property, so our share was a quarter! It was £2000, we had to pay. The staff were professional, although the house virtually sold itself. Very greedy company, there are many fairer, sincere companies out there.

They kept me aware of the situation regarding negotiations with the seller, and during the conveyancing with the solicitors. This made the whole process run very smoothly. GoogleHaving sold six properties over the years. Never again will I deal with this agency. Rude unprofessional isn't the word. Would never have happened when the old Jackson Green and Preston were in charge.As prospective buyers they lost our purchase and any future business.
