GoogleThis place is amazing. The lady we dealt with was very friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Payments were nice and easy to adjust if needed. Would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of short term storage!

GoogleGary checked us in yesterday. Really pleased with his support and assistance yesterday. Helped us out when we were 15 minutes late at closing time, an absolute pleasure to have Gary at the desk that day 😄 …

GoogleVery friendly and helpful staff. At the time I used them they did not have a lift, rather used a very clunky forklift mechanism to get things up to the first (second if you are from USA) floor. Give them their dues, the staff were always available during office hours to do the fork lifting but it was still awkward to use with the various carts provided, thanks to the tight angles loading onto the forklift pickup point on the first (second) floor. I gather a lift is being installed which will greatly improve this site.

GoogleWe couldn’t have more pleased with the service and price. We were backed into a corner a bit as we suddenly had to complete with only 7 days notice. From start to finish Daley and Gary helped us out with various suggestions to make the whole process go well. This included recommending a local removal firm who were about half the price of the Lincoln company who had let us down. They even reduced their insurance price to match one I had found online. I doubt you will find a better local service for storage and removal.

GoogleThere's a good chance that Grimsby is the worst place in the world. The storage facility itself is probably fine, but... Grimsby. Seriously.

GoogleUsed these when i moved to the area and discovered we had more things than the house i was moving into had space. Popped into the office couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Good clean site accessible & equipment on site to help you move your items. The staff always recognised me and even knew what my storage room number was when i signed in, when couldn't remember. Would recommend to all.

GoogleFriendly staff easy to get to perfect price and a range of different storage space sizes available for hire. They are also available to show you round and show you the different options available. It's easy to end the contract with them by writing a letter of termination but they do state that if you want to end mid term of a month that full month must be paid for (if you pay on the 2nd of each month and want to end on the 15th you would be required to pay to the following 1st so the full month is covered) even if you don't have anything in the unit. It does give you that extra time to clear out the unit which can be helpful but if you just want to be in your new home and have a day to move everything then it can be a bit troublesome. I had no issues while using them and would recommend them to anyone needing storage space.
