I rented my first property through Winkworth with my partner; we have always received very prompt and professional service whenever we have needed anything seen to in our flat. The staff are friendly and the system used for reporting maintenance is quick and easy. I would recommend Winkworth, and would definitely feel happy and secure using them again in future.

GoogleI recently moved and Winkworth were both the agents selling my flat and also on the house I was buying. On both sides, they were helpful, professional and responsive, and worked hard to get the sale and purchase through despite some very tight timing and a few difficult moments. Many thanks to the whole team

After a one year tenancy we had one blind that needed replacing, of which they decided it was fair to charge £137 for a £26-£30 bedroom blind.For three lightbulbs £72. I don’t know what lightbulbs those are, but I don’t think you can pay £15 per lightbulb (3 to change in total).I am currently still waiting to receive my deposit, after 17 days.

GoogleWe've just bought a property with the help of the Winkworth Greenwich team - Guy in particular. Professional service, great communication and they genuinely want to help - even though we had quite a difficult chain they kept pushing all parties to keep moving, and kept us as up to date as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team to any future buyers or sellers.
