Booked a viewing with them via Rightmove which I later cancelled, but then they start spamming me with email marketing. Seems like they use a different employees email each time to get around the fact I have tried to both unsubscribe and block their email addresses multiple times but these emails still make it into my main inbox. Would advise against giving your contact details if you don’t want to be bombarded with emails.

I used this agency to sell my property

I used this agency to sell my property, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I felt I was persuaded to reduce the asking price without sufficient justification, which ultimately did not work in my best interest. Communication throughout the process was generally good, but good communication alone is not enough. I was under the impression that the buyer had the financial means to complete the purchase, only to later discover that they first needed to sell their own property because they did not have the funds for the deposit. This was not made clear to me from the beginning. The fees are high, as expected from a typical high street estate agency, but in my opinion the level of service does not justify the cost. The transaction was also unnecessarily delayed, resulting in a loss of both time and money. That said, there are members of the team who are professional and genuinely helpful, and I appreciate their efforts. Despite the delays and the challenges throughout the process, the sale was eventually completed. Would I use this agency again? Probably not.

I recently rented a property from Robinson Jackson. The property is a 2 bedroomed house in Plumstead SE18 1PZ. When I moved in the property had not been cleaned. There were many dead flies, mould and the previous tenants belongings. The landlord is refusing the send a cleaner round to clean the filth. I am disgusted, I have rented several properties and not once have I been treated with such low regard and I have never entered a proprty to find such dirt. Clearly Robsinson Jackson and the landlord only care about the money, as they are more than happy for my 5 year old daughter to live is such filthy circumstances. I am paying £1600 rent a month, yet the landlord refused to pay for a cleaner... I would advise everyone to stay away from this property, and I will be leaving as soon as my break clause permits me to do so.
