Massive Thank you to all the team for helping me with my purchase. Amazing experience and care with striving to keep me updated at all times during this process. Special thanks to Liam who always made the time to show me various listings, Spencer - your professionalism was shown every time we were in contact, you run a “tight ship” there, Hazel - your voice is extremely calming and I enjoyed every update I got from you, and lastly Adele - for closing down the completion date and ultimately for handing me the keys. I would recommend all of you to everyone for an excellent Client Experience who went above and beyond to meet my expectations.

My experience with Robinson-Jackson has been great from start to finish. Ivan showed me round a couple of properties at short notice. Spencer notified me of new properties which had just come on the market, and subsequently negotiated my offer with the seller. Hazel and Adele kept on top of the solicitors, and helped progress the sale to completion. The day I collected the keys, I spoke to Stuart about letting the property. He wasted no time in coming to carry out a valuation, and putting it straight on the lettings market. His colleague Connor let the place out in about a week to an ideal couple, and achieved the full asking price. Then finally, Libby ensured that I had everything in place for the tenants move-in date, and made the process as smooth and easy as possible. I will definitely make Robinson-Jackson my first call next time I’m looking for a tenant, or if I decide to sell at some future date.

From the very first viewing, I felt I was in safe hands with the friendly and supportive team at Plumstead, led by Spencer. The whole process was handled with professionalism and care, viewings were well organised, and I was kept informed throughout, which made a real difference as a buyer. Once my offer was accepted, Hazel and Lisa took over and ensured everything progressed smoothly through to completion. A special mention as well to Sadie for her commitment and professionalism, her support truly stood out. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Buying a property can be stressful, but the team made it feel seamless. The thoughtful gift at the end was a lovely touch too, thank you all for your great work!

I had a really positive experience selling my flat with Robinson Jackson Plumstead. I mainly worked with Ivan and Liam, and both made the process completely stress free. They really looked out for me, kept me updated, and made everything feel straightforward. Thanks to them, the sale went through quickly and smoothly. I’d definitely recommend them.

Libby was our agent

Libby was our agent, she is very professional and helpful in gaining a place to rent. The property was in great condition and clearly carefully selected by the company. She was quick to reply and was very helpful over the phone.

Robinson Jackson Lettings have been incredibly professional and easy to work with throughout our lettings process. Communication is fantastic and processes are slick. I would particularly like to thank Stuart who has gone above and beyond our expectations. He has proved to be a huge help with any sized query and always with positivity. Also would like to mention Connor who handled the initial let very efficiently, and kept us informed at every step. Would highly recommend!

Calm and steady guidance - made a world of difference.

I wanted to send a note to express my sincere gratitude for their hard work and expertise in helping me purchase my new home. I know how complex the process can be, but they truly made it feel seamless and stress-free. I especially appreciate Terri from the progressions team with how she kept me informed every step of the way. Her quick responses to all my questions, and her unwavering professionalism, and calm and steady guidance made a world of difference. Thanks to Terri, Patricia and the team, I'm now settling into my new home and couldn't be happier. I'll be recommending them to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell a property.

Disappointing experience with RMJ

Disappointing experience with RMJ. They introduced buyers, but I felt I had to drive negotiations and challenge their advice to achieve the price I wanted. My complaint was met with a response I found dismissive. For £5,100, I expected better advice and support. I wouldn’t use them again. I’m also unable to leave a google review as it’s being reported by the agency. Their google reviews are heavily sanitised and they’re abusing the system to skew their rating. Incredibly poor.

Excellent estate agents

We recently bought a house through the Belvedere branch of Robinson Jackson. The sales team were very accommodating, showing and reshowing the house to us and their sales negotiators, especially Charlie Greenway, were excellent at promptly answering all our questions (even the possibility daft ones). It was a smoth transaction and tgey even negotiated to move up the move-in date by a few weekd. Overall, I would highly recommend Robinson Jackson as estate agents.

Robinson Jackson Ebbsfleet helped us…

Robinson Jackson Ebbsfleet helped us through our house sale and onward purchase and we had a great experience. There were a lot of complications but Kerstie, Carol, and the whole team worked really hard to keep us moving forward and we felt like we were in very good hands. We'd happily recommend them to anyone looking to move house.
