James Gambardella and his Property…

James Gambardella and his Property Management team have been brilliant looking after my wife's investment flat in Twickenham. It is a managed Block and they have been brilliant working with the external management company when we had issues with another flat causing damage to our flat. They are always one step ahead with their advice on new legislation and regulations and ensure our tenants are also well looked after and feel supported. A total cowboy outfit. I offered on a property which was accepted only to be told 2 days later they had a better off so unless i offered my best and final it will go to the new person. This is not acceptable and a total waste of time and effort. Thank god i had not expended money on solicitors as yet.

This is the first time I have used Dexters to let out my property.After a couple of hiccups initially dealing with different individuals at Dexters, my point of contact now is Stacie White.Nearly 2 months in and Stacie has been amazing! Have been using Dexters in Ealing for a few years now. Despite with a bad tenant they got for me (with significant rent arrears), but that was not something people could foresee. Overall I am happy with their services - they are responsive, and when problems occur, there is always someone available to take responsibilities. Special thanks to Alex and Michael who have been very helpful with my initiating my debt collections and court hearing with the previous tenant's rent arrears

Dexters Isleworth is brilliant thank you Zain, Janine and Sonia

Don't choose any other estate agent but Dexters. The Isleworth branch is particularly excellent. I got valuations from multiple estate agents until I saw Zain from Dexters. He was professional, straightforward and fair.Throughout the selling process there were a number of snags - none of which were the fault of Dexters but nonetheless, they were there to advise and help whenever I needed. Sonia was fantastic in pushing the sale through. Janine played an instrumental role getting the sale of my house over the line. The number of unforseen issues encountered that were dealt with by Dexters, I don't think we'd have got this sale over the line with any other estate agent.A special thank you to Zain, Sonia and Janine.Also very helpful were Danny, Gemma and the friendly kind ladies who answer the phone. Dexters HamptonAlistair has been an excellent support and ally to get us the keys of our new home on the preferred day. He is proactive, diligent, great communicator and overall a great person to collaborate with. He was always on top of things and managed to get things with multi parties( lawyers, buyers, sellers). Renters be aware check the flat a few days ago you move in

I was supposed to move in my flat today but Chiswick Dexters failed us.I was rang by the person who does the inventory check to get the keys. When we got there, we were shocked by the state of the flat that was left that we were told professionally cleaned and ready to move in.The state of the flat was;- There were lots of rubbish and stuff left in the property including cupboards, loft wardrobes and under the beds.- Wasn't event domestically cleaned let alone professionally- Dirty rug at reception room- Damaged Carpet in the Loft Bedroom- Newly Crack, and Chipped Paint in the Loft Bedroom- Floating shelves in the first floor bedroom- Broken Shelf in the Kitchen Cupboards- Bubbling veneer on a kitchen cabinet- Mouldy Bins- Button missing off a light dimmer switch- loose wooden ledge in the bathroom- Downstairs bedroom ceiling cracks- Cracked Tile in the kitchen splash backWe had to move our furniture to storage and stay at hotel at our costs until this is sorted out.AVOID if you can.

Dexters were great in handling the sale of my newly converted property by developers but the developers Jutlander turned into cowboys. And Dexters were keen to stay on the side of business rather than the experience of the seller. We are appalled by their lack of understanding of legal responsibility. They should be trying to put this right as Wimbledon is a small area and it’s a community connected. We can hamper further sales simply by word of mouth. Only 3 weeks in and I feel we’re having a cowboy experience (3xflats). I don’t think the developers were experienced enough to understand that by law they are considered developers and that there is a defects period. We have only just moved in. Little action on serious things.

Always ask for Nadia, words cannot describe her tenacity in securing your dream property. After having to deal with a bunch of bumbling agents for months on end and getting nowhere, dealing with Nadia was a breath of fresh air. She was on the ball from day 1, she literally got me, the perfect flat in 3 days of our first conversation. 10 min walk from bank station, unheard off. She’s absolutely brilliant. A Highly Troubling Experience Navigating life in a foreign country comes with its own set of challenges. Unfortunately, my encounter with Dexters Marylebone significantly exacerbated these difficulties. I placed my trust in them by investing my funds, only to find myself in a situation where my money was held without any transparent explanation for more than a month.To compound the issue, obtaining a refund has proven to be a reluctant and frustrating process. This dire circumstance forced me to abandon my aspirations of pursuing my lifelong dream course as a student in the UK, as I lacked both accommodation and the means to secure an alternative option.What adds to the distress is the underlying sense of discrimination I encountered throughout these interactions. Anticipating a reception of respect and impartiality as someone from a different nation, I instead faced bias and disregard. It is disheartening to witness such attitudes persist in our contemporary world, especially within professional contexts.My association with Dexters Marylebone is something I deeply regret. My earnest wish is that fellow international students and individuals exercise caution and opt for a more reputable and all-encompassing service provider. Prejudice has no place in our global society, and any company that promotes or tolerates it should be held answerable.

I was looking for a flat to rent through Dexter. Even the agent has already got my account number for holding deposit and asked me to fill out an application, they still arrange viewings and turn the offer into a game of blind bidding. Unless you have endless time and unlimited budget, property search with Dexter is a waste if time.
