Alicia Ireson and her team represent among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced in the Estate Agency London Market. All the information provided was accurate, and responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and, where necessary, detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly, minimising the end-to-end time to process complex transactions among several parties. I approached Dexters after firing the previous company that proved to be disappointing on so many different levels. Mark Dixon was the agent in charge and I was seriously blown away by his professionalism, work ethic and enthusiasm. I have leased a property through Dexters recently. The representative dealing with me was the lettings manager named Alicia Ireson, one of the sweetest person to speak to. She was very professional, responsive and considerate throughout. Even when she wasn't available to take my calls, her colleagues Aaron and Mike were available who were also very helpful and supportive. The experience was very smooth and it was a pleasure to get everything done smoothly and on-time. Looking for a property to rent in London is not only challenging at the moment but also quite stressful - however, it has been much easier when dealing with Dexters. Our experience so far has been quite positive - having an offer initially rejected by the landlord (not Dexters fault) the agent we had been in touch with, Michael Mason, very kindly kept us in mind and reached out to us directly when the property we were interested in went back into the market - this time being successful! Our initial viewing with Maria was brilliant, she knew a lot about the property and was really friendy and engaged when showing us round, answering all our questions and chatting to us. Danilo - 5 stars for you!

The performance of any company is defined by the performance of their employees. I didn't have great experience with Dexters to be honest initially. But since Danilo has become the property manager, everything is super smooth. Danilo is extremely professional, polite and considerate towards tenant's needs. So prompt in responding to emails and not missing any point. His communications skills are great plus he is easily approchable. He makes sure that your issues/questions are resolved and follows up on it. He is honestly the best broker I have ever dealt with. The management of my flat was recently taken over by Dexters. I have been so impressed! Rachel Deacon-Holmes is my property manager and she has exceeded my expectations. My flat had not been properly managed previously and she had to quickly sort out some serious water damage. There have been a lot of other issues and both Rachel and Tom Bussman have been absolutely superb in assisting me in dealing with some overwhelming refurb works in order to bring my flat up to a particular standard. They have both responded promptly and given me honest advice in terms of getting and making the most of my flat.
