From the minute David came to value our property the service was first class. Special thanks to Gillian for finding our forever home and going above and beyond to help us aquire it. Mhairi was excellent too, always a cheery voice ensuring we were kept up to date with proceedings and making sure our experience was positive. Catherine, managed to advertise our property in a national newspaper and was there to smooth out last minute wrinkles ensuring the sale of our old home and the buying of our new one went through unhinged. Slater Hogg came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. My initial contact was with David the surveyor who was obviously very knowledgeable of the local market and provided good advice. Catherine was my main point of contact and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Great service, very happy with it I was very lucky to choose Slater Hogg & Howison in Greenock to sell my house. Everything was done professionally and very fast. (Actually it was so fast I barely could cope up with it). David came to property very quickly. I was pleased with his valuation. The engineer visit was arranged in 2 days and it was FREE. So nice. Slater Hogg handled selling of my mum's flat with great professionalism. All the staff were very friendly and helpful in particular Catherine and Gillian. Nothing was too much effort. Apart from a couple of hiccups (not Slater Hoggs fault - buyers pulled out) everything went very smoothly and I was kept fully informed of what was happening at every stage.
