From the very start of selling the property, I've had no issues at all. The staff have been unbelievably helpful and have dealt with any issues that have came up in a professional manner. All the paperwork that needed to be signed, was fully explained so that you had confusion over what was happening.

I keep being contacted in relation to a property I have not been on the tenancy agreement for since Nov 2023. Despite being told it was an error on previous occasions and records would be updated...the last communications (after I responded to an email) advised I was still on said tenancy and it would be looked into. I forwarded proof of my release from the tenany and have been advised ''we'll look to get you removed'' this has been over a week and communications have been lacking and I am completely in limbo with what's going on. This is also a blatant GDPR breach.

Doing very well, Melissa kept us up to date at every turn, explained the procedure expertly, anything that needed updating,signing, was done in good time,nothing was to much trouble for her, and any questions we had we're answered as soon as she could all in all made the process a lot easier than it might have been,and there were plenty of twists and turns to deal with.
