Dear Mr Karczewski, we are sorry to learn that you had a bad experience with us. We understand you had to end your tenancy term at one of the properties which you rented through our agency. The reason you had to end your tenancy was because of the landlord deciding to sell their property due to their personal circumstances. However, we would like you to understand that this situation was beyond our control. At SAB Estates we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and ensuring our clients have the best experience possible. We would be pleased to assist you with any rental needs in the future. If we can be of any further assistance and should you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
