Having been looking for a property for so long, the team at Perkins Estate Agents made my dream house come true. Ever since getting in contact with them, they made the process very easy and always found me the houses I wanted. Miraj especially helped us a lot during this process. He was kind, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the industry. A huge thank you to him and everyone else at the offices!

I have recently rented a home through Perkins Estate agents and it was the most efficient and professional service I have received from any local agent. My main point of contact was Syar, he was so good at responding to any queries I had. Definitely recommend Perkins Estate Agents

Successfully rented out a property within a week with the help of Shannon and Syar who have both been tremendous in finding us the best tenants and kept us involved every step of the way. Having known Shannon for years I knew Perkins would be the best estate agents to deal with in terms of rentals.

If I could give a million stars for Syar I would. Not only did he get us a lovely new apartment, he even rescued my younger brother who almost drowned at a house viewing and this absolute gem even gave him CPR. Syar saved his life and we are eternally grateful!

My experience of viewing the house was excellent, and the way Mr Jay Karim had explained the features of the property was helpful. I would not change anything about this viewing as the agent was fantastic
