I was nervous at first before viewing of property . Appreciate Perkins agent Miraj Chhipa for doing all the arrangements of viewing of this property such as sending a reminder a day before . And on day of viewing called to confirm availability and provided right directions to reach the property and welcomed us and escorted us though out and provided information when asked in a very professional manner.PositiveProfessionalism

I have been a contractor for Perkins Estates Agents providing inventories & EPC’s for just over a year. I find the whole team very friendly, prompt to deal with queries, easy to communicate with & very efficient. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wishing to sell, buy or rent a property.

It was great to be assisted by a gentleman named Hassan. He was able to guide me through the whole process at Perkins and put my mind at rest. No question was a bother and his knowledge was superb. It was a pleasure to step into the Greenford branch, I know where to go when looking for properties.

Honestly Miraj from perkins has been a breathe of fresh air to deal. Have dealt with a lot of agents and can say he is by far the best to work with. Any queries and quickly responded to and he is actually willing to help and have a conversation rather then get you off the phone after 30 seconds. Thanks for the help, will definitely be coming back!

I had a really positive experience with Perkins. Hassan called me to follow up an enquiry I had with viewing a property. He was warm, knowledgable and really attentive. He was able to understand exactly what I was looking for and provided more properties that meet my criteria. Very helpful!
