GoogleZoe is a fantastic agent to deal with. She found a tennant with-in a week and the tennant had moved in with-in two week. Zoe professionally had the gardens transformed and the interior decorated with-in a few days. Amazing performance. I would highly recommend Zoe to manage any property!

GoogleAfter loosing the will to live trying to assist my father in finding a property, Balmer & Co were a breath of fresh air! We’d had agents cancel 10mins before viewings after taking time off work, not returning calls, ignoring emails etc… I spoke to two ladies at this company on behalf of my father and both were super helpful. The viewing went ahead as planned, my dad applied, they got back to him straight away, checks done in 24 hours, date for keys booked! Easy, stress free process!! Thank you Balmer & Co for your kindness & professionalism. A rarity in your industry these days!!

Oozing professionalism, efficiency and overall kindness and this was shown from Day 1, which was more than we could have hoped for. With constant updates and help, even after hours, just to be kept in the loop. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even if it wasn’t their remit, they did their best to do whatever it took to get answers! As moving home; the selling and then buying of another home is stressful, Balmer & Co. did everything to make the process as smooth as possible. We knew the moment that Lauren came into our home to value it, that she and her Team, were the ones for us.
