Please avoid! My experience with these estate agents has been absolutely dreadful. Upon renting an apartment with them, I was immediately confronted with dishonesty as they misrepresented the council tax band in their advertisement and adamantly refused to acknowledge their error. Predictably, the apartment reappeared on the market with the same misleading information. To exacerbate matters, the apartment was handed over to me in a deplorable condition, necessitating extensive repairs and thorough carpet cleaning. Furthermore, they arbitrarily altered the deposit amount registered with the DPS and protracted the process of returning my deposit, resulting in significant frustration on my part. In summary, the poor level of communication and customer service exhibited by these estate agents has persisted since the start.

Rochelle and Kieran handled our sale professionally and efficiently. They gave us an achievable selling price and really understood serious interest and time wasters which was a massive help. I’d definitely recommend them. I actually was recommended them by someone that I saw had changed their sale board to Balmer from another local agent. Professional, diligent and capable. Over the 20+ years I have been a Landlord, I have not found a better Letting Agent (and I have had many), I have always found them to be highly professional and proficient in their approach to finding and managing Tenants, they are extremely knowledgeable of the ever-changing Letting sector legislation and are conscientious when securing competitive quotes from subcontractors on my behalf. The work carried out by Reece the photographer was exemplary, the picture quality are second to none. Before we knew the advert had been published they were lining up viewings.
