GoogleI can’t recommend the team at Balmer and Co highly enough! They were incredible from start to finish and communicated everything to us properly and always kept us up to date. Special thanks to Beth who joined the team as our sale was going through, and coordinated the last (but trickiest) parts of the sale so efficiently, and ironed out all the last minute problems. She was fabulous! Thanks Balmer and Co!

GoogleCustomer service is second to none!! Zoe has been (and still continues to be) absolutely fantastic. It's my daughter's first rental property. At the time of viewing, she was 38 weeks pregnant. The house is lovely. Zoe was so helpful with my daughter and myself and made everything as easy as possible for Melissa. Any problems or queries we have, she answers and sorts straight away! I wouldn't go to anyone else. I cannot express how grateful we are for all of her help and support. We need more people like her! If you are looking to buy, sell or rent a property, I would 100% recommend Balmer & Co to anyone and everyone!

GoogleI have used Balmer for a sale and as a landlord for rentals. The whole team are knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and efficient. All of my tenants are happy and so am I! Properties are maintained so stay at a high standard at very reasonable rates. Tenants are vetted rigorously and have all been great. Management rates are very competitive and the service is comprehensive. I suggest you give Zoe and the team a call it will be the best decision you make.

GoogleI can’t thank Zoe at Balmer and Co enough for the help and on going support in finding me the perfect affordable property after months of looking else where. She has been so consistent and got the ball moving very quickly to ensure I was able to move into the property in an ideal timeframe making sure every last detail was completed with jobs that needed doing in the house and made everything simple and stress free. This company is the only company I have dealt with where the customer service has been 5* definitely recommend Balmer and Co if you’re looking to move.

GoogleMy partner and I recently moved into a property that is managed by Balmer and Co, we had a bit of an issue with the plumbing. We contacted Balmer and Co and received a response the next day from Zoe. Since reporting Zoe has not stopped until the issue was resolved. I cannot thank Zoe enough she went through to every effort to keep me informed and to get the problem sorted as soon as possible. Great letting agents, reliable, trustworthy and very true to their word. Thank you again!

GoogleThe main reason for using Balmers was the quality of there advertisement, which is obviously paramount to selling or renting your home/ commercial property. The pictures, description and 3D tours are second to none. A very proactive agent with approachable, professional staff. Would recommend to anyone wishing to sell or rent. GREAT SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS.

GoogleIf you are planning to sell your home Kieran is the best agent around by miles. He even sold one of my homes without the property actually being up for sale! (approached me first obviously) haha. He is very knowledgeable and realistic with price expectations and timescales and is always on the end of the phone or via email. Kieran has sold 2 properties for me within very short time scales and both have been a stress-free experience. I have bought a property via Kieran also and the process was very straight forward and streamline. The organisation and team and very professional and helpful and provide excellent customer service. I would 100% recommend Kieran to sell you're home.

GoogleI recently instructed Balmer & Co after having multiple estate agents visit for a valuation. Kieran was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable, giving what I thought was a fair valuation and good advice in relation to a listing price. Ben, the photographer did an amazing job, I feel the photographs and overall presentation are what help set Balmer & Co above other agencies. Rochelle was super efficient when booking viewings and negotiating offers. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Great experience so far, I would definitely recommend.

GoogleFrom the moment we decided to go with Balmer and Co their efficiency has been spot on. Kirean came to our house to go through the process with us and from there onwards the process has been so smooth. The photos were fantastic that were taken and within a few days we had bookings for viewings. Rochelle has been fantastic keeping us updated and informed and within 8 days our house had sold stc. We have decided to buy through Balmer as well as sell as the service is superb. Well done Balmer and Co, highly recommended.
