FacebookI would recommend Bycroft Lettings for the reasons as follows.
I have had dealings with a variety of letting agents small and large and found the majority rude, demanding, and with no consideration to the tenant. Even though without the tenant they would earn no commission and in most case's not have a job. But to my pleasant surprise Bycroft seems to fully respect both parties ie tenant and owner showing both consideration with asking rather than demanding, and talking rather than sending very rude letters giving no choice in what is required.
Well done Bycroft and keep up the good work.

YellEstate agency doesn’t get better than this !
Professional yet sympathetic attitude when the stress gets too much. Bycrofts sold my property within three weeks of it going on the market ,which is no mean feat ,with the market as it is as the moment. Excellent communication, down to earth attitude. This isn’t the first time I have used Bycrofts , in my mind they are without doubt, THE best estate agent locally. I would have no hesitation using them again. But not just yet !

We thought everything had finally been sorted and our deposit was paid, for them to then tell us that we couldn't have the house and firstly refused to give us any of our money back. We eventually got some of it back. Safe to say we won't be using them in the future!

Me too, had a signed contract for 10 weeks, left it rolling for another 15 weeks, so they had it for a total of 25 weeks. I asked them to take it down from their site as they failed to find a buyer, then they wanted 28days notice in writing. Really makes me mad after letting them keep it for all that extra time, not good.
