FacebookWe've been on the moving journey with Bycroft for 3 years now, and would highly recommend them. We first marketed our home in 2019, and have been through what can only be described as a complete rollercoaster of a journey, battling the housing market through Covid and loosing both onward purchases and buyers. I've spoken to the team regularly during the last few years now, and every time they have been nothing but professional, friendly and happy to help with whatever query or issue we may be going through at the time (there were many!) We finally completed on a property we love last week and can't thank Nick, Michele, Gemma and the team enough for all they have done in supporting us through this crazy journey.

GoogleBycroft's have been excellent from start to finish. The sale itself did not go as smoothly as expected due to issues further down the sales chain. However Michelle did an exceptional job in chasing 3rd parties to ensure we were updated throughout the process. Great service from a great team. Thank you.

They have always provided excellent support and the staff are professional, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. GoogleBrilliant service from the team who supported us each step of the process right from the first contact about a quote. Nick who valued our house and guided us initially, Jack who answered many queries in the office and of course Michele who worked as a sales progressor were all top when it came to customer service, knowledge and professionalism. The sales progression was really key and I strongly believe we would not have survived the process without Michele's diligence, so would definitely look to these guys first if ever move house again.

GoogleWe chose Bycroft as I have known the Principal for years and know him to be highly reputable, our sale was of a slightly unusual property in difficult circumstances. However the staff were highly professional and tireless in helping us reach our objective and find the best buyer for us. The viewings staff were immensely helpful, and Special Thanks to Michele Jones for her unfailing good humour in keeping us informed of progress and her tenacity in achieving an eventual sale completion. Highly recommended, I cannot speak more highly of this firm.

GoogleVERY POOR EXPERIENCE!! Instructed to sell my property, very lazy and complacent with minimal communication (2 calls in 4 months) minimal marketing (never even put up a for sale board), so called experienced valuer gave one figure then issued contract with a lower one, didn’t seem to know what he was doing and has not been in touch since. Completely wasted our time when we tried to sell, and 4 months later only achieved one viewing which I’m doubtful of! AVOID!!!!!

We are very sorry you are not satisfied with the service received from us. Having reviewed the marketing of your holiday chalet, we can see that in the 14 weeks of advertisement we had attempted to make contact with you on several occasions and were not always able to reach you. We had spoken to you a few times to discuss the current market conditions and pricing of the property, which we altered twice to try and generate new interest. The viewing that took place on the property was genuine, which we provided you with feedback on. We are sorry we were unable to secure a buyer for you on this occasion.

A very professional approach in all matters. The ability to liaise between all the different parties. We have made 4 sales and 2 purchases all with Bycroft in the last 4 years.
