Both toilets blocked after 2 weeks and main toilet overflowed. No emergency call out service as advertised as phone numbers were not available. No hot water for 4 days which is acceptable to InterCounty! All issues under 6 weeks and to add insult to injury the landlord is asking for £220 for a full clean even though I paid all rent and had to move out early! Avoid please. Intercounty is only concerned with making a sale, any sale, by any means. They have utterly non existent communication skills, either can't or won't talk to each other internally and treat buyers like they are scum. This seems to be deeply culturally inbred into the firm - every single dealing I have had with them is just miserable. I have blacklisted them for six months as a result of their most recent incompetence.
