GoogleMiserable, rude, patronising staff who refuse to do anything further than the bare minimum to help their customers. I hated having to deal with you and I'm glad I no longer let a property via Connells.

GoogleI had an amazing experience with Connells Estate Agent Ella, she made my house selection process simpler and faster. She guided me for the different steps involved and got the property sorted for me there was some confusion before handing over the keys but then team of Ella and Terri got things sorted in time for me.

GoogleBrilliant service. Used Connells for the mortgage on our first home. Luke Taylor from the Birmingham branch was fantastic throughout the whole process. Made everything clear and easy and was quick to answer all of our many questions via phone or email. He even came down to the Stafford branch on a bank holiday to meet with us! He made a very daunting process so straight forward. Highly recommended!

GooglePerfect name actually CON-nells. I was happy till the day before move-in but since this agency is a pathetic one and only works in the interest of landlords, they are biased don't care of tenants resulting in frustrating the hell out of me.

GoogleLucky I got Luke Taylor as mortgage advisor and he was fantastic all the way through my flat search and purchase, really de-stressing the process for us at a very high-pressure time. He was very friendly, thorough with explaining things, and provided help very quickly whenever needed. I am very happy with the mortgage I got, and considered the service money very well spent.

GoogleGreat branch - was desperate to find an apartment close to my new job before starting and the staff were really helpful - Dory even answered my enquiries on her day off, which was a really nice touch. Really great customer service when I needed it most, thanks again team!

GoogleConnells have been disappointing at every turn. They were supposed to find me young professional tenants but they found me students. They have cost me time and large amounts of money and have done absolutely nothing positive.

GoogleThe worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. Rude over the phone, do not want to help you at all. Have lied about contract multiple times to benefit themselves. Didn’t apologise when they got caught out. Hannah who works there customer service is appalling, speaks disgustingly over phone. They have no idea what’s going on at all!
