Really wouldnt recommend these people they talk and do very little,many emails unanswered calls not returned even when they say they are going to call you back!! They give all the talk on how great they are and all the things they do but once pen is put to paper you dont hear from them! We have to constantly call them because they do not keep us updated on anything unless we really push them! We need to advise them how to promote our property when they advised us prior to signing the contract they would be,exhausting all avenues to achieve a sale.

When I was getting quotes to sell my house, a few people said 'ooooo shipways are expensive'.. I'll start by saying, are they more expensive... yes.. however, it was by around £50. Now, in view of the fact moving house costs £1000's.. I can say with 100% guarantee.. it is easily the best £50 I have ever spent. The guys that work here are absolutely amazing!! I had a very stressful and problematic move due to issues lower down the chain. It got to the point that shipways staff were actually doing the jobs of other agents to get it over the line. From valuation to negotiation to management to accessibility via phone or email, these guys kept me going and I realy cant recommend them enough. I feel they have done me and my family a grade A service and am extremely grateful. I would reccomend them to anyone and everyone and would be confident they would just deliver the same service I received. Thank you

As first time buyers we shopped around and found quite a few mortgage brokers who looked promising. We decided to go with Ashley Davies at Shipways as he managed to get us the best mortgage deal and came highly recommended. Throughout the buying process we came across quite a few obstacles but Ashley managed to solve whatever we threw at him. The knowledge and connections Ashley bought to the table came very useful, and saved us quite a bit of cash on a few occasions. We will be recommending Ashley to our friends and family and will definitely be coming back to him when it's time for us to remortgage.

Truly awful. As a landlord they took on my property when they bought out a smaller letting agent, that was excellent. First they chased out my previous tennent then forgot to inform me that the tennant had moved out, then forgot to advertise my house for the best part of two months! When a tennant was finally in they were very slow to pass on information from them to me. I sold the house about a year ago but they still ring me up to ask if I am happy with how they are currently managing my property.... - No!
