Such a fantastic team, with Ellie, at Karl Tatler in Greasby. I was supported at every step of buying my house and they weren’t pushy! Also, Leah is a fantastic mortgage advisor and explained things clearly and made everything straight forward.

In comparison to my dealings with another estate agent over several months ,the service from Your estate agency has been amazing . Jess Slater has demonstrated such professionalism from viewing, offer, acceptance and progression . The whole experience has restored my faith in buying a property with full transparency. I would have no hesitation to recommend buying and selling with your organisation to anyone . Thank you

We are currently in the process of selling our house and have been dealing thus far with Ellie and Kyle (Kyle did our valuation). It is very refreshing to deal with two people are are very calm, relaxing and personable. When Kyle visited the property we chatted and enjoyed some experience in both our sectors. So far, I can't recommend them highly enough!

Bought a house from Karl Tatler a while back, modernised it and now beginning the process of selling. So far...very impressed!! I have two special shout outs....Max Rossiter who gave me the keys and kept intouch throughout renovation and being very helpful along the way. The other shout out is to Rachel Whittam, one hell of a professional, insightful, funny, cracking photographer and dedicated hardworking member of your team!! Let's sell this house!!

I had such an amazing experience buying my first home with Lydia at Karl Tatler in Greasby. Always available for any questions, gave loads of support and advice. Gave me recommendations of contractors and solicitors. They made it really easy for me and took away alot of stress that comes with buying a house. Thank you to all. Thanks to all at Karl Tatler for a very smooth sale. Tracey Rice, Eleanor Unsworth and the wider Karl Tatler team made this whole journey a lot easier than expected. It's especially difficult being on the other side of the country, but I always felt informed and protected.

Vile and corrupt Greasby branch agents, rented a contaminated property and refused to take the responsibility. Pocketed the deposit and the cleaning fees illegally despite The Tenant Fees Act 2019. Avoid 49 Summertrees avenue!
