GoogleI wanted to say a massive 'thank you' to Sue and her wonderful team, including Ellie, Nia, Jess and Lydia, for helping make the selling of my late mum's home, as easy as possible. They put lots of hours into finding prospective buyers for her much loved, niche flat and they kept me constantly updated with viewings, feedback and finally with the news of a sale. This has been, the most upsetting time, but the girls at Karl Tatler, couldn't have been better and I am extremely grateful.

GoogleThe experience I had with Karl Tatler - specifically Jess, Jill, and a couple of other ladies whose names I can't recall, was brilliant. Really helpful and friendly, and helped to put my mind at ease during the viewing, offering and buying process. I heartily recommend Karl Tatler - they also helped me with my current rental 4 years ago - I would not choose any other estate agent on the Wirral. Very professional and helpful.

GoogleExcellent service. Whole team were very professional. From initial valuation to management of viewings to sales completion. I would highly recommend Karl Tatler. It took 6 months from initial meeting to final completion. The solicitors they recommended were also very efficient.

GoogleJessica at Karl tatler greasby who was personally looking after the sale of my late father's house was excellent. She informed me via email of all the viewings, kept in touch with me on the feedback of viewings and the house was under offer after 5 weeks x All lovely staff very professional from start to finish and very approachable and I didn't feel any awkwardness in asking questions.

GoogleWe couldn’t have been more supported by Lydia from the the Greasby office during the search for our family home. She took time to listen to exactly what it was we needed in our home and showed us a range of beautiful properties that hit our criteria. We had previously dealt with another local agent and found the experience really stressful, but it was a completely different experience with KT. Lydia had such a personal approach and did all the hard work for us, meaning we were actually able to enjoy the process. Great experience from a really knowledgeable agent, thank you 👍🏻

GoogleWhen I first approached Karl Tatler Estate Agent they seriously impressed me with their local knowledge and understanding of the housing market. Once we reached an agreement they immediately arranged a number of viewings even before the property was publicly advertised. The result was an offer on the first day and an offer of the asking price on the second day. In addition to being very efficient and professional all the staff I met were extremely pleasant and friendly and diligent in their efforts to make the stressful process of selling a house as stress free as possible. Elle Moss was excellent at the front end and the aftersales team was also great. Highly recommend buying/selling property through this team. Very responsive and just “on it”!
